The Baita Livigno apartments are housed in small traditional huts, carefully renovated to accommodate guests, and are the ideal choice for anyone who wants to spend a relaxing period at high altitude.
Baita La Meta has been open to the public since 2015, while the activity of Bait Dali Leina has its roots in the distant ’98: from the dialect house of avalanches, Bait Dali Leina was the childhood home of the mother of the owner of Baita Livigno, Ennia Cusini. In 1951 the house was sadly overwhelmed by an avalanche, which reduced it to a pile of rubble, only to be completely rebuilt by his father.
From both Baita Livigno huts it is easy to reach the town center, which includes a large pedestrian area and an open-air shopping center surrounded by the mountains, where you can shop at affordable prices: Livigno is, in fact, a duty-free zone and will allow you to shop at a discounted rate and enjoy lower prices than in the rest of Italy.
Very convenient
My family and I went to Livigno for the first time for four days. The apartment is very convenient for going on the snow and for a little shopping. Both the town and the hut are beautiful, we will definitely return.
Near the lake
We rented both apartments in the La Meta hut. Perfect location for those who, like me and my friends, love hiking in nature. Clean rooms with everything you need.
Felt like home
The cabin we took was very welcoming and almost felt like home, if it wasn’t for the wonderful view from the window. The owner was really helpful, highly recommended.
